By booking a service, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, or “us” refers to Boiler Today Ltd.
  • “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or entity requesting services.
  • “Services” refer to any plumbing, heating, boiler, electrical, or related work provided by us.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • All appointments are subject to availability.
  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, or email.
  • Emergency callouts will be prioritized, but no guarantee of specific time can be made.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Quotations

  • Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated.
  • Final charges may vary if additional work is identified during service.
  • Hourly rates apply for diagnostics, small repairs, and emergency callouts.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and online payment links.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% interest charge per month.
  • Materials and parts may require advance payment.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee of £50.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., engineer illness, weather conditions).

6. Warranty & Guarantees

  • We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on installations and repairs unless stated otherwise.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and appliances installed.
  • Guarantees become void if the appliance is misused, tampered with, or serviced by third parties.

7. Access and Safety

  • You must provide access to the property at the agreed time.
  • The working area must be safe and free of hazards (e.g., pets secured, access to electrical panels).
  • If access is not provided, a missed appointment fee may apply.

8. Landlord & Legal Compliance

  • Landlords must ensure compliance with UK Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
  • We issue CP12 certificates following successful inspection and compliance.
  • All electrical work is completed by Part P registered electricians in accordance with Building Regulations.

9. Liability

  • We are insured for public liability up to £5 million.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, indirect losses, or delays caused by external factors.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the integrity of hidden pipework or systems unless explicitly surveyed.

10. Materials and Equipment

  • Materials supplied by us remain our property until full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to reclaim unpaid materials.
  • Customers supplying their own parts must ensure compatibility and safety; no warranty is provided in such cases.

11. Emergency Services

  • Emergency callouts are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges apply outside of normal working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm).
  • Emergencies include: gas leaks, water leaks, boiler failure, loss of power, etc.

12. Complaints

  • We aim to resolve all issues promptly and professionally.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.


15. Governing Law Terms & Conditions

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
